# Quên mật khẩu rút tiền

## HƯỚNG DẪN THAO TÁC KHI QUÊN MẬT KHẨU RÚT TIỀN

### **Bước 1:** Bấm vào NẠP RÚT TIỀN--> RÚT TIỀN

### **Bước 2:** Bấm vào nút QUÊN MẬT KHẨU chỗ ô MẬT KHẨU BẢO MẬT

### **Bước 3: Điền đầy đủ thông tin để nhận mã xác nhận**

* LOẠI MẬT KHẨU: chọn MẬT KHẨU BẢO MẬT
* TÀI KHOẢN: Điền TÊN TÀI KHOẢN KUDV
* SĐT: Điền SĐT dùng đăng ký tài khoản KUDV
* Ấn TIẾP NHẬN MÃ XÁC NHẬN, mã sẽ được gửi về tin nhắn điện thoại

### **Bước 4:** Nhập MÃ XÁC NHẬN vào ô 

### **Bước 5:** Đặt mật khẩu mới, sau đó xác nhận lại mật khẩu lần nữa

### **Bước 6:** Bấm XÁC NHẬN
